Sin duda, uno de nuestros favoritos: el todopoderoso Lean Dean con un cómodo denim elástico con orillo negro, fresco y seco. Con un peso de 12,75 oz. La mezclilla combina muy bien con el corte entallado de Dean. El almidón de la mezclilla le da su tacto crujiente y, lo más importante, genera arrugas pronunciadas en los jeans cuando se usan, lo que permite algunos bigotes y panales contrastantes. La mezclilla en sí se teje en telares de lanzadera de la vieja escuela con hilos teñidos. Los telares de lanzadera entrelazan los hilos en la mezclilla de orillo y el teñido del hilo mantiene el núcleo de los hilos blanco, lo que permite que el tejido se desvanezca maravillosamente, un proceso lento que refleja cómo se hacía la mezclilla en el pasado. El denim acabado tiene una estructura de sarga clara que está muy bien equilibrada con un ligero carácter flameado que con el uso y los lavados se volverá más pronunciado de una manera perfectamente imperfecta. Regular fit denim shorts made from 13.25 oz organic rigid denim. A classic 5 pocket cut short with a rolled hem. The washing has evenly abraded the surface, which might sound plain and boring. But thanks to the beautiful fabric with its open structure, clear twill lines and red tint, the result is far from it. The fabric features clean indigo tones ranging from medium blue to almost white. At the seams, ruching has created wonderful marbled effects with even higher contrasts, adding a lovely level of depth. Sometimes the simplest things give the best results. However, simplicity is not always simple. In this case, the balance between the fabric and the wash has played a vital role. It could be said that we have hit the nail on the head. Regular fit straight leg jeans made from denim with 50% pre-consumer recycled cotton and 50% organic cotton. These jeans have been treated a little differently than we normally do, they won't dry out or rinse off. What we have done is soak them in water and let them hang to dry. This results in a slightly fuzzy, wrinkled denim with a dry feel, and a more bluish, dull hue. The benefit of soaking is that it creates jeans with near-dry wear potential. While the indigo dye fades slightly on the white weft yarns, most of the surface bound indigo remains on the warp yarns. This creates the dullest, hairiest shade that is slightly more bluish. During soaking, the cotton absorbs water, causing the threads to swell and skew, increasing the unevenness of the surface structure. This results in jeans having slightly different aging properties than dry denim. Wearing will pronounce the irregularities that give the jeans a more textured aging property. Since the jeans are not rinsed and only allowed to absorb water, the starch stays in the denim. Starch is what causes denim to generate defined pleats, it is in these pleats that the most pronounced wear is shown.
